Digi Prog - Programming Challenges

Digi Prog, (formerly Poké Prog) is a digital game developed with the objective of helping elementary and high school students learn the basic concepts of programming. In the game, players are invited to explore a fictional city called Progdeia, visiting eight different points in the region, where they will encounter programming-related content such as variables, strings, decision and repetition structures, arrays, functions, recursion, and exception handling.

Digi Prog - Os desafios de programação

Digi Prog, (anteriormente Poké Prog) é um jogo digital desenvolvido com o objetivo de ajudar estudantes do ensino fundamental e médio a aprenderem os conceitos básicos de programação. No jogo, os jogadores são convidados a explorar uma cidade fictícia chamada Prógdeia, visitando oito pontos diferentes da região, onde em cada um deles os jogadores encontram conteúdos relacionados à programação, como variáveis, strings, estruturas de decisão e repetição, vetores, funções, recursividade e tratamento de exceção.

Explore the city of Progdeia

During the journey, the player will have the opportunity to explore Progdeia, a small region under the care of the explorer Fran. Within the region, the player has the freedom to explore the eight main points that make up the area. Within each of them, a different challenge awaits.

Meet and play with various DigiBots along the way

In each of the phases, the player will meet and be able to control different species of DigiBots, which are digital monsters that help teach programming. In addition, he will learn interesting facts and stories about the DigiBots he will encounter during his journey.

Durante a jornada, o jogador terá a oportunidade de desbravar Prógdeia, uma pequena região que vive sob os cuidados da exploradora Fran. Dentro da região, o jogador possui a liberdade de explorar os oito pontos principais que compõem a região. Dentro de cada um deles, um desafio diferente o aguarda.

Conheça e jogue com vários DigiBots pelo caminho

Em cada uma das fases, o jogador conhecerá e poderá controlar diferentes espécies de DigiBots, que são monstros digitais que auxiliam no ensino de programação. Além disso, ele vai aprender curiosidades e histórias referentes aos DigiBots que encontrará durante a jornada.

Test acquired knowledge through quizzes

At the end of each stage, the player is invited to answer questions related to the programming concepts presented in it. Additionally, the last point in the city consists of a quiz to test all the knowledge acquired during the gameplay.

Ao final de cada fase, o jogador é convidado a responder perguntas referentes aos conceitos de programação apresentados por ela. Além disso, o último ponto da cidade consiste em um quiz para testar todo o conhecimento adquirido durante a gameplay.
